A full pan serves about 50 people. That makes it a solid starting point for planning. Share your guest count, and we’ll help you order the right amount.
A simple way to plan is one protein and two sides per person. If your group has big appetites or a long event, you may want a little extra. Send us your headcount, and we’ll help you dial it in.
Reheat the meat in the pan at 300°F for about two hours. It’s a simple way to warm it up and get it ready to serve.
We focus on the food. You can pick up your order, have it delivered, or let us set up a full buffet with chafing dishes, serving utensils, and servers. We can also provide buns for a fee. We don’t provide plates, silverware, tables, chairs, or beverages. For private food truck events, ask us about availability and minimums.
Everything on our menu is gluten-free except the mac and cheese. If you have other dietary needs, let us know and we'll help you plan.
The sooner you reach out, the better. We suggest booking first, then sending your menu and guest count about two weeks before your event. That helps us keep everything on track.
