Some of our fondest memories involve sitting around a campfire and cooking meals. There's just something about meat cooked over an open fire. We began to pray about transitioning out of our careers and a passion for smoking meat developed. To stay true to our love of cooking the way God intended. We knew it had to be 100% wood-fired. We started the Holy Smokes Catering Company on the simple belief that wood, smoke, and meat makes the best combination. We hope you agree!
Smoke Perfection Takes Time
The way we smoke meat is timeless. Too often in our current culture, we go to great lengths to make things easier. Sometimes we need to be refined in the flames. That is the heart behind smoking over a wood fire. We take great pride in knowing that the product we make has taken time and effort. From cutting the wood to handing out the sandwich, we do it all.
